Founded in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2011 by Nuno Saraiva, SCL Lda. has fostered the development of the Portuguese music cluster while promoting projects in the wider creative industries.
SCL’s client list includes several major Portuguese artists, artist management companies, international independent artists, record labels, music publishers, creative industries companies as well as public institutions.
SCL is currently consulting on new European projects and international development.
