WHAT IS EUROPE IN SYNCH?
In the fast growing and diversifying field of music licensing, eight project partners from all across the continent came together to form “Europe in Synch” (EinS). The organization aims to connect creatives from the audiovisual industries and arts, particularly by offering know-how in the quickly developing fields of synchronization, music licensing and music supervision. EinS wants to establish new networks and a better understanding of the needs and opportunities of the different industries that work with (licensed) music. Europe in Synch is co-funded by the European Union’s Creative Europe programme.
Mission Statement:
We are Europe in Synch, an organization driven by the idea to connect creatives from the
audiovisual industries and arts.
We strongly believe in the importance of creativity, expertise, quality and know-how within these fields. Our specific role is to enable this in decisions circling around music in all audiovisual arts (ads, tv/film, games etc.,)
We do so in recognizing the needs of the many different players in the field – creators (people involved in media production of film/tv, games, advertising) and music rights owners (labels, publishers, performers, authors/writers, composers, producers) alike.
Europe in Synch aims to make things easier for all of them by offering knowledge, sharing information and building networks; therefore creating a joint understanding of this field of work we all share and love.
We consider ourselves ambassadors for the very idea of Europe and its many colors. We share its founding principles of togetherness and fairness. We realize its diversity as a gift and an advantage.
These values are a great reason and starting point for our journey to create more opportunities by bringing people together and helping them to successfully work on their respective visions.
